You will lead end-to-end sourcing, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance while collaborating with cross-functional partners to meet cost, service, and compliance objectives.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of procurement or sourcing experience.
• Experience in logistics operations including warehousing and transportation services.
• Healthcare/logistics industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a large matrix team.

• Execute end-to-end sourcing and RFP activities.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure policy compliance.
• Apply standardized procurement practices across engagements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance on requirements and pricing.
• Own supplier performance management and KPI tracking.
• Drive visibility of sourcing pipeline and timelines.
• Deliver cost improvement projects and maintain reporting.
• Maintain market intelligence and drive supplier innovation.
• Apply standard sourcing and contracting processes.
