Barry Callebaut is seeking a Director Digital Finance to lay the foundation of operational excellence in our finance processes. You will lead the Digital Finance team and drive digitization of FP&A, costing and manufacturing variance analysis, reporting to the VP Digital Enabling.

This role shapes our digital future, aligns with strategic goals, partners with business leaders, and mentors a global team. Travel up to 25% is expected as part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration and/or Information Systems or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading Finance and Digital teams with FP&A and costing expertise.
• Experience setting up digital product units and strategy, with cross-functional leadership.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Digital Finance, FP&A, Factory Controlling, Product Costing and related processes.
• Directly report to VP Digital Enabling and align with the digital strategy road map.
• Lead and inspire the digital finance team delivering finance solutions and innovations.
• Oversee development and management of finance related digital products and services.
• Partner with finance business functions to ensure high user satisfaction and adoption.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for digital enhancements.
• Champion data-centric technologies enabling efficient, scalable finance processes.
