Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Procurement / category management experience.
• Proven success in development of sourcing strategy, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in procurement analytics tools (e-sourcing or contracting tools).
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills to senior leaders.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and lead through consultation.
• Creative, adaptable, and able to manage complexity and changing needs.
• Commitment to ethical business practices, confidentiality, and procurement governance.
• Preferred: experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or regulated environments.
• Travel up to 20%; on-site minimum three days per week with two remote days.

• Lead end-to-end Biologics procurement strategy and execution for new products and launches.
• Drive cost efficiency, risk management, sustainability, and supplier performance.
• Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to enable product launches.

• Develop supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
