Qualifikationen

• Lead external manufacturing sourcing strategy and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance and other teams.
• Focus on Biotherapeutics and Synthetics platforms within IM External Manufacturing.

Aufgaben

• Develop category plans to meet IM requirements and create value through sourcing strategy and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor contract negotiations and performance against targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure supply continuity and address risks and capacity needs.
