Job Description:

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director BPO Data Management located in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; Zug, CH; Schaffhausen, CH; Leiden, NL; Cork, IE; Latina, IT; or Beerse, BE.

As part of our Data Strategy and Operations organization within the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain, the Director BPO Data Management will support the Transcend Program, a global business transformation initiative to modernize our Supply Chain digital capabilities by harmonizing our ecosystem of 7+ major global PHARM ERP systems, standardizing core business processes, and enabling our data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.

The role involves serving as the Global Business Process Owner for E2E data, driving product vision and strategy, and ensuring alignment on data processes. Responsibilities include guiding business functions to maintain clean data, standardizing operational processes, and advocating for the benefits of clean core and data concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Value Identification and Capture for Data Management and E2E Data
• Standardizing processes within the S4 Template, considering needs of data owners and consumers
• Identifying opportunities for standardization, automation, and improvement in Data Management
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand end-to-end data requirements
• Driving Impact Assessments and mitigation strategies for SAP ECC and S4/Hana ecosystems
• Ensuring operational readiness for data quality after Transcend releases
• Resolving data management complexities during SAP ECC and S4/Hana coexistence

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data management, data science, Supply Chain Management, or related; Master’s preferred
• 8+ years leading multi-year strategy or technology deployment in data capabilities
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical global supply chain across multiple functions
• Experience with ERP transitions and transformations
• Knowledge of modern data technologies (data catalogues, Lakehouse, etc.) and SAP ecosystem
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership
• Proven ability to build partnerships and drive change in complex ecosystems
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory data requirements (FDA, EMA, GDPR)
• Familiarity with industry standards for pharmaceutical data management
• Project Management Certification
