You bring a Bachelor's degree (MS/MBA preferred), excellent English, 2+ years in digital/AI fields, and a proven record in AI/digital transformation. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience in digital/AI fields (e.g., product management, digital analytics, building software products).
• Proven record of driving strategic AI/digital transformation with measurable impact.

Aufgaben

• Independently drive strategic tech/AI projects for Novartis Group, the CEO and the Executive Committee.
• Define cross-cutting solutions (including cross-functional working groups, tech products) to enable AI scale in the business.
• Generate strategic insights and recommendations for top-level leadership on AI and Reimagining Work.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on select tech topics and develop a network of AI leaders across Novartis.
