To further strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Therapy Specialist (f/m/d). In this role, you will be responsible for advising, training, and supporting PD products and services from Vantive GmbH in the Romandie (French-speaking Region of Switzerland).
Training doctors, nursing staff, patients, and other relevant customer groups on all Vantive products and therapies for Peritoneal Dialysis (PD)
Actively participating in all aspects of patient care by being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating of nursing care.
Providing telephone and/or on-site support for medical/technical inquiries about devices and products
Developing strategies and building customer relationships, together with the PD Team
Planning and implementing PD projects
Documenting all activities in the CRM system and reporting accordingly
Working closely with product management
Diplôme infirmier reconnu par la Croix Rouge Suisse: Registered nurse. Certified health care and nursing professional
3-5 years of therapy experience in home dialysis/peritoneal dialysis
Experience in independently managing a territory
Didactic training skills
Integrity, ability to cooperate and work in a team
Commitment and patient-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel within the territory to be covered, Class B driver's license
Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with a CRM system
Languages: Fluent written and spoken French and good English skills
