Jobtailor seeks a senior delivery leader to drive large-scale digital projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, foster innovation, and guide clients through digital transformation with strategic and practical execution.

The role requires strong English and French skills, a passion for AI, and a proven track record in balancing strategic and tactical needs within complex programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years of experience in large-scale digital project management and digital strategy.
• Master's degree from EPFL, ETH, HEC, or leading European university in computer science, business, or technical field.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for wide range of stakeholders.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or HERMES are highly valued.
• Strong interest in information systems, innovation, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in French and English (C1); German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation of complex digital projects, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Drive all project phases, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Mentor, coach, and guide the delivery team including 3rd parties.
• Stay up to date on technology and market trends and promote innovation.
• Socialize important decisions and trends, acting as an evangelist.
• Support clients in their digital transformation from strategy to redesign to deployment of tailored solutions.
• Foster innovation internally and at clients, promoting AI across projects.
• Contribute to business development opportunities, sales, and client relationship management.
