• Minimum 10 years of experience in software engineering, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, data or AI, or related field.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-scale AI programs and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business objectives into AI investment plans and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies, including language models and enterprise AI platforms.
• Experience with regulated industries and staying aligned with regulatory requirements.

We are opening a position for a Senior AI Lead to support a technology-driven organisation in defining and implementing its artificial intelligence strategy. The role will focus on making AI a tangible business enabler across engineering, product development, certification and support activities, while ensuring that security, compliance, traceability and long-term sustainability remain at the core of AI adoption.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and continuously develop the organisation-wide AI vision, strategy and implementation roadmap in close cooperation with Engineering, Product, IT, Quality and senior management.

• Establish an effective AI governance framework to ensure that AI technologies are adopted responsibly, securely and in accordance with applicable requirements.

• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities across engineering, product development, certification, quality, operations and support, with a focus on measurable business value.

• Monitor and assess emerging technologies, including Large Language Models, agentic systems and enterprise AI platforms, and advise on their potential adoption.

• Define AI architecture principles and solution-selection criteria, while supporting strategic decisions concerning AI platforms, services and tools.

• Drive the integration of AI capabilities into existing engineering environments and toolchains while maintaining traceability, configuration management and appropriate engineering governance.

• Lead pilots, proof-of-concepts and innovation initiatives, assessing their benefits, risks and scalability before supporting broader deployment.

• Promote organisational adoption through training, coaching and awareness initiatives, monitor relevant regulatory developments and provide strategic guidance to management on AI-related matters.

• Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans l'ingénierie logicielle, la transformation digitale, l'architecture d'entreprise, la data ou l'IA, ou un domaine connexe.

• Maîtrise de la définition de stratégies technologiques et de la traduction des objectifs business en plans d'investissement.

• Bonne connaissance des technologies IA modernes, notamment les modèles de langage, les systèmes agentiques et les plateformes IA d'entreprise.

• Expérience dans l'évaluation de solutions concurrentes et la sélection de technologies stratégiques selon des critères techniques, business et opérationnels.

• Capacité à concevoir des architectures d'entreprise intégrant plusieurs plateformes et services.

• Compétences en communication permettant d'aborder des sujets stratégiques et techniques avec différents niveaux hiérarchiques.

• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise.

• Expérience dans les secteurs du transport aérien, de l'aérospatial, de la défense ou autres industries à haut niveau de sécurité appréciée.

• Connaissance des environnements réglementés et des standards tels que ED-153, ED-109A, ED-215, ED-205A, DO-178C ou équivalents fortement valorisée.

• Familiarité avec les outils d'ingénierie modernes, GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, documentation-as-code et environnements IA pour l'ingénierie.

• Compréhension des pratiques de gestion de configuration, contrôle des changements, traçabilité du cycle de vie, vérification et certification.

• Autonomie, rigueur, esprit collaboratif et capacité à accompagner le changement dans des contextes complexes.
