Lonza is seeking a Digital Innovation Specialist (m/f/d) based in Visp to drive digital transformation across the global ADS network. You will implement digital strategy, advance OT solutions, and enable data-driven innovation while collaborating with global and site teams to improve operational performance and compliance.

Qualifikationen

Apprenticeship in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably with a BSc/MSc.
Solid understanding of OT systems (e.g., DCS, MES) and digital manufacturing technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; proficiency in English and German.

Aufgaben

Execute and advance the global digital roadmap within the ADS network.
Deploy, optimize, and maintain OT systems and digital applications (e.g., DCS, MES, data pipelines).
Translate operational needs into effective digital solutions.
Lead selected innovation and digitalisation initiatives from concept to implementation.
Ensure documentation, lifecycle management, and change control for digital systems.
Support sites with rollout, troubleshooting, and optimization of digital platforms.
Contribute to training and best-practice documentation.
