Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Process Engineer - Digital Manufacturing (m/f/d) to support MES-driven production improvements across multiple sites, including Hägendorf, Balsthal and Tuttlingen. The role focuses on data-driven manufacturing, MES configuration, and cross-functional collaboration within the Digital Manufacturing team.

The position emphasises Industry 4.0 initiatives, continuous improvement, and alignment with engineering, quality, and IT to enhance real-time data visibility and production

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in a relevant field (FH/University).
• 0–5 years of experience in a regulated industry preferred.
• Strong data analysis and digital tooling skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement MES products (recipes, workflows, master data).
• Support CAQ transition and related system changes.
• Provide MES shopfloor support, guidance, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations and IT to align MES with business needs.
