Job summary

Aerospace manufacturing in Nidwalden, Switzerland, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a strategic digital aircraft development program, coordinating engineering, IT and business aviation teams in a matrix organization.

You will ensure schedules, budgets and risk management, drive cross-functional collaboration, and align with product managers to deliver customer-centric outcomes while engaging stakeholders and governance forums.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Aviation or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong expertise in project or program management within aviation.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate digital technologies.
• English C1 level with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and reliable with strong planning and coordination skills.
