Job summary

Try&Hire is seeking a program leader to drive a strategic digital aircraft development program, coordinating engineering, IT and business aviation teams in a matrix environment.

You will manage schedules, budgets and risks, ensure customer requirements are met, and report to Steering Committee while aligning with product managers. A university degree and 5+ years in aviation project management are required, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Aviation or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in project or program management within aviation.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate digital technologies.
• English language at C1 level with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and reliable with strong planning and coordination skills.
