Job summary

Aerospace manufacturing is seeking a Program Manager to lead a strategic digital aircraft development initiative. You will coordinate IT, engineering and business aviation teams in a matrix organization, ensuring schedules, budgets and risk controls align with strategic objectives.

The role requires a university degree in a technical field, 5+ years in cross-functional aviation projects, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in aviation.
Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate digital technologies.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English (C1).
Highly organized, proactive with strong planning and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Execute a strategic digital aircraft development program, ensuring schedules, cost control and risk mitigation.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Engineering and Business Aviation in a matrix organization.
Align with digital aircraft and product managers to ensure requirements and customer needs are met.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear scope, objectives and deliverables.
Monitor program performance, managing progress, budget, risks and governance, including Steering Committee reporting.
Prepare financial inputs for strategic decisions and coordinate legal and contractual requirements.
