Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, IT, Aviation or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and integrate digital technologies.
• Strong communication skills in English C1 level and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and reliable.
• Strong planning, coordination and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute a strategic digital aircraft development program, ensuring schedules, cost control, risk mitigation and on-time delivery.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, Engineering and Business Aviation within a matrix organization.
• Align closely with the Digital Aircraft Manager, Digital Aircraft Functional Managers and Digital Product Manager to ensure requirements and customer needs are met.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain clear scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor program performance, managing progress, budget, risks and governance, including Steering Committee reporting.
• Prepare financial inputs for strategic decisions like pricing and coordinate legal as well as contractual requirements.
