Job summary

Roche is seeking a P&C Consulting Lead for Diagnostics to accelerate large-scale organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives. You will co-lead with the Practice Lead, build the Consulting brand, and drive strategic interventions across a complex, global landscape.

The role requires 10+ years of consulting experience, strong stakeholder management, and fluent English. Preferred locations are Basel or Rotkreuz, with flexibility for other European sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting in a global organization of similar size/complexity.
• Experience in OD, management or leadership consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management in a highly complex, matrix environment.
• Outstanding networking and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to partner and collaborate across P&C and other parts of the organization.
• Exceptional system-thinking and enterprise mindset.
• Formal (or informal) leadership experience.
• Courage to face ambiguity, push back, and challenge the status quo.
• Knowledge of agile principles and enterprise-wide application.
• Fluent English mandatory; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-leading the Consulting AoP with the Practice Lead and other Consulting Leads.
• Building the brand and advocating for the Consulting practice.
• Designing, leading, and executing interventions and large-scale change initiatives toward Roche 2030 Ambitions.
• Leading Consulting Points of Contact for Diagnostics and partnering with BP Chapter Lead and BPEs for Diagnostics.
• Collaborating with the Divisional Strategy and Strategy Implementation teams and with key business leaders.
• Developing partnerships with transformation offices and other teams across Roche; act as a system-wide link.
• Seat at the DPCET (Dia People & Culture Enabling Team).
