Job summary

Roche seeks an experienced P&C Consulting Lead for Diagnostics to drive large-scale organizational effectiveness initiatives. You will co-lead the Consulting AoP, build the brand, and partner with key stakeholders to deliver high-impact transformations aligned with Roche’s 2030 ambitions.

The role requires extensive consulting background, senior stakeholder management, and a proven ability to navigate complex, matrix environments while advocating for agile, human-centered solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant consulting experience in a global organization of similar size and complexity.
• Proven senior stakeholder management in a highly complex, matrix environment.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Formal (or informal) leadership experience and courage to challenge the status quo.
• Knowledge of agile principles and enterprise-wide application.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-leading the Consulting AoP with the Practice Lead and other Leads.
• Building the brand and advocating for the Consulting practice.
• Developing strategies to achieve short- and long-term Roche 2030 Ambitions.
• Designing and executing large-scale transformation initiatives for Diagnostics.
• Partnering with Directors and business leaders across Roche to deliver impact.
• Serving as a system-wide link across transformation offices.
