Jobbeschreibung

Our mission is to simplify blockchain interactions by bundling any arbitrary calls into simple one-click shortcuts. We connect the dots between ecosystems of DeFi, allowing anyone to interact with all the ecosystem participants through one simple interface.

At Enso, we are building an abstraction layer for DeFi, bridging the gap between multiple protocols and platforms, allowing our users access to all on-chain financial primitives through an intuitive set of APIs and interfaces.

We embrace the ethos of Web3 and decentralization, believing in the potential of a remote-first culture that brings together some of the best people in their fields from all parts of the world. Driven by curiosity and constantly striving to push boundaries, we are currently exploring the uncharted territories of the declarative paradigm of Intent Driven Architectures, aiming to improve not only user experience but also the types of financial products that can be created on-chain. Having recently secured a $4.2M funding round and with over $1B in processed transactions in 2023, we are set on building what will hopefully be the go-to platform for DeFi users and traders.

As we pivot from mainly a B2C to a B2B model, addressing the needs of other DeFi platforms, market makers, or institutional investors, we are seeking our first Developer Relations Engineer. This role will help us set the foundations for what it means to do Developer Relations within Enso, ensuring that we offer the right frameworks, proofs of concept, documentation, and experience to the builders we will interact with. We need someone who enjoys building from the ground up, has a high degree of autonomy, and is responsible for both setting strategy and driving the implementation of the different initiatives.

Areas of Focus
  • Drive outreach and onboarding for new technical partners, plus define new features for our set of APIs.
  • Develop high-quality sample applications, demos, technical documentation, and tutorials.
  • Gather and analyze developer insights to continually improve the developer experience.
  • Engage with developers to grow our community through Discord, Twitter, and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to enhance documentation and support materials.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in Developer Relations, ideally in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • A curious and creative mind, with a passion for problem-solving and tinkering.
  • Comfort with technologies like TypeScript, Solidity, and the EVM.
