Project description

The key objectives are to develop DevOps & Agile process framework and standardization for governance to improve R&D efficiency and quality of delivery for Software Factory and implement systematical DevOps Engineering Practice with clear working instructions.

Responsibilities

• DevOps(Agile) Process Design and Governance: Designing DevOps(Agile) processes and activities entails mapping existing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering collaboration across teams, which involves creating streamlined workflows, automating repetitive tasks, and documenting processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
• DevOps(Agile) Engineering Practice and Team Empowerment
• Engineering Standard and Specification design
• DevOps(Agile) Organization & Culture Development
• Measuring Success and Ongoing Improvement

SKILLS

Must have

• A thorough understanding of Agile, Lean, and DevOps principles, along with practical experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code
• Coaching skills on DevOps knowledge and practice, including but not limited to CI/CD, Artifact promotion, clean code, refactoring, unit tests, TDD, etc.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in understandable terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in working effectively with teams across different functions, including development, operations, QA, security, and management.
• Certificate with DevOps, including but not limited to DevOps Master, etc.
• With over 8 years of working experience and at least 3 years of experience in DevOps transformation consulting.
