Jobtailor in Bern, Switzerland is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer focused on ServiceNow. You will engineer, operate, and optimize ServiceNow services and platforms, ensuring stable and secure operations while driving performance improvements.

You will automate processes through APIs and CI/CD, develop Infrastructure-as-Code and Configuration-as-Code, and support incident, problem, and change management according to defined processes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of DevOps and infrastructure experience, including operating server OS and relational databases.
• Automation and CI/CD experience, e.g., with Ansible and Git-based pipelines.
• Experience with enterprise platforms, ideally ServiceNow On-Premises, including API integration, monitoring and logging.
• Analytical, structured, with a passion for solving complex technical problems.
• Self-driven, reliable and quality-conscious; you promote continuous improvement.
• Team player with strong cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent written and spoken German; English is an advantage.
