• Data model adaptations in ServiceNow
• Domain separation and cross-domain reuse
• Integration of external automation frameworks and data stores
• Portal generation based on business service portfolios and external UX design
• Reporting and service dashboards, particularly for billing and monitoring
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Self-organizing and responsible, with an agile mindset
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
