What you will do :

1. Handle calls, emails, and chat interactions in German.
2. Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, order status, tracking, and cancellations.
3. Act as a brand ambassador by providing promotion support and staying informed about current promotions and offers.
4. Handle account and billing issues, upsell, troubleshoot, manage fraud orders, and process returns based on training guidelines.
5. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues.
6. Turn every customer interaction into a positive experience.

What you will bring :

• Excellent command of German.
