Zusammenfassung

HaskoningDHV Switzerland is seeking an experienced Design Manager for Mission Critical Facilities (MCF)/Data Centres to lead multidisciplinary design efforts from concept to design. Based in Zurich with travel to client sites and international collaboration.

You'll work in a global team, applying advanced building design skills and BIM/CDE tools to deliver reliable, sustainable data centre solutions while ensuring coordination across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary concept-to-design projects in data centres or related sectors.
• Familiarity with BIM/CDE workflows and digital design processes.
• Excellent communication with colleagues and clients; English fluency (German preferred).

Aufgaben

• Manage scope, budget and design documents for each project.
• Oversee design delivery schedule and workload within the team.
• Coordinate design with multi-disciplinary teams and external parties.
• Lead design solutions and communicate innovative ideas to clients and colleagues.
