Job Description

In order to strengthen our client's team in its prestigious boutique in Zurich City, we are currently seeking their future Deputy Store Manager, who will contribute to lead the sales team to new heights.

POSITION

As ambassador of the Brand, you will actively participate in the development of revenue and profitability in all store areas: sales, operations and after-sales service for Watches and Accessories; and will actively support the team in any activities.

In this role, you will second the Zurich Boutique Director in daily activities and support him/her in coordinating the team of client advisors, while implementing ad-hoc client activation initiatives. You will aim to offer a unique client experience and a top quality of service to develop strong client relationships.

You will continuously manage sales activities related to all product categories; Watches and Accessories, achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.

In this role, and together with the team, you will also :

• Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Build and maintain a loyal portfolio of customers
• Recruit, lead and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion and enthusiasm
• Exceed personal & team service and sales targets
• Be the driving force behind new and ongoing service and sales opportunities, directly impacting the growth and success of the boutique

PROFILE

For this challenging position as Deputy Manager, we are seeking a managerial and sales Talent with the following characteristics :

• 10+ years Premium & Luxury retail Sales experience
• Exposure to product categories such as Watches, Jewellery or high-end Lifestyle Brands
• Ability and self-drive to motivate, manage and develop a small team of 5pers
• Proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retail sales teams
• Solid CRM skills and habits
• A winning personality to easily establish trusting relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English, other languages would represent a definite advantage
• Strong organisational skills
• Attention to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated, with customer service mindset and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent presentation as well as oral and written communication skills
