Wonderful in Switzerland is seeking a Deployment Strategist to turn ambitious AI initiatives into real deployments. You will lead enterprise customers from discovery through pilot and production rollout, translating needs into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes.

You will sit between customers, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, coordinating across teams, managing risks, and ensuring adoption of AI agents in production.

Deployment Strategist, (f/m/x) Switzerland - Hybrid - Agentic AI

What you will do

As a Deployment Strategist at Wonderful, you are responsible for making AI deployments actually land. You lead enterprise customers from early discovery through pilot & production rollout, translating ambitious AI initiatives into clear scopes, executable plans, and measurable outcomes. You sit between the customer, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Product, ensuring everyone is aligned on what is being built, why it matters, and how it will succeed in production. This is a hands‑on role for people who enjoy ambiguity, ownership, and seeing complex projects through to the end.

• Background in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or forward-deployed roles
• Prior hands‑on engineering experience
