Job summary

Nobel Biocare in Switzerland seeks a driven Sales Representative to grow our dental solutions portfolio across clinics and laboratories in the Zürich/Kloten region. You will build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and execute territory plans to meet and exceed sales targets.

The role involves frequent travel (about 80%), collaboration with internal teams, CRM updates, and delivering tailored solutions that support practice growth in a fast-paced dental market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in healthcare, dental, medical device, or related industries.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent planning and territory management abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluent in the local language; English is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Build trusted partnerships with dental professionals and serve as their key business contact.
• Create and execute territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
