Envista Holdings Corporation, through Nobel Biocare, is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist based in Switzerland to design and activate customer communities and educational experiences that strengthen relationships with dental professionals.

You will collaborate with Global Marketing, Product Management, Regional and Local Marketing, Clinical Education, and Sales teams to translate global priorities into scalable activation models and measurable engagement, traveling as required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare, dentistry, life sciences, education, communications, marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in clinical education, customer engagement, healthcare marketing, or related roles.
• Experience in the dental industry is highly desirable.
• Experience with healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industries is relevant.

• Develop and activate professional communities aligned to strategic customer segments, clinical interests, treatment workflows, and commercial priorities.
• Create educational and engagement initiatives that foster professional development, networking, and peer-to-peer learning.
• Design customer engagement journeys that connect educational programmes, community participation, and business objectives.
• Develop scalable concepts, frameworks, toolkits, and activation models for global markets.
