Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, business analytics, or strategic marketing.
• Experience in the dental, medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive dynamics within the dental market.
• Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor commercial effectiveness and business performance.
• Support annual budget and strategic planning, monthly forecasting
• Drive sales force effectiveness initiatives including territory alignment, incentive schemes, CRM optimization, and pipeline management.
• Deliver sales analytics and actionable insights to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
• Support pricing strategy development and margin optimization across product portfolios.
• Conduct profitability analyses by customer, channel, and product category.
• Conduct market data analyses by customer, channel, and product category.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations for leadership teams.
• Monitor trends in the dental industry, develop automated reporting and business intelligence tools to improve decision-making.
• Partner with Marketing to improve campaign effectiveness and customer targeting.
• Work with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
