Job summary

Novartis AG is seeking a Master Data Analyst specializing in warehouse logistics to ensure accurate material, customer and vendor attributes and to support distribution activities in a GMP-regulated environment.

You will review data, run monthly validation checks, and collaborate with logistics to align inbound/outbound processes and SAP records. This role requires vigilance on data quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Master Data processes for materials, customers and vendors must be correct and traceable.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP and warehouse logistics.
• Experience with data validation and change control.
• Familiarity with GMP/regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate material/customer/vendor attributes.
• Execute monthly attribute validation reports to ensure quality and traceability.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and support the warehouse manager.
• Plan inbound/outbound flows and update the SAP database.
• Report technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios within 24 hours when applicable.

Major accountabilities

• Master Data: Master Data Analyst is first point of contact to requestors for review, challenge and communicate with the requestor to ensure the correctness of the material/customer/vendor attributes. After all attributes have been reviewed and validated, the creation is executed. Execute monthly report for checking and validating that the changes performed (material, customer, vendor) are of good quality and well documented and traceable. Supports as well some projects with relation to the material, customer and vendor.
• Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution: Monitor warehouse KPIs and creates reports. Ensures the shipping according with the received orders. Supports the warehouse manager.
• Planning: manages and handles the inbound/outbound of materials/products. Updates the SAP database.
• Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours of receipt
• Distribution of marketing samples (where applicable)
