Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or related field.
• At least three years of experience in Supply Chain within pharmaceutical or consumer products industries, ideally multinational.
• Experience with suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PLs, including distribution and import/export processes.
• Good SAP knowledge and comfort with digital systems.
• Precise and reliable, organized under pressure.
• Strong communication and ability to work with international cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate, timely invoicing.
• Review and process supplier and tolling invoices, resolve price discrepancies and payment queries.
• Organise shipments between manufacturing sites, logistics providers and customers, coordinating import/export activities.
• Prepare shipping documents and coordinate returns and rework.
• Maintain customer, contract and supplier master data, and complete related SAP transactions.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing and Finance on product releases, redeployments and month-end activities.
• Monitor transportation incidents and support audits and reporting.

Keep the supply chain moving and help ensure customer orders, invoices and international shipments are handled reliably. In this varied role, you’ll connect customers, suppliers, distribution centres and internal teams to help products reach the people who need them on time.

Your responsibilities
