• Master's or equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven delivery of software or digital solutions for government/institutional clients.
• Experience with Data Science, BI, Analytics, or Statistics.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate needs into value-added proposals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; international exposure and travel expected.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of bespoke digital solutions for governments and institutional clients focusing on AI sovereignty.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Software Development, BI, and Data Science to transform data into insights.
• Capture demand for new projects and product developments; define milestones and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and support cross-selling within existing engagements.
• Present solutions with effort and cost estimates aligned to roadmaps and platforms.
• Hold meetings with customers, partners, and key stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
