AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) is seeking a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences transformation programs. As an individual contributor, you’ll define the technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture, guiding senior customer executives.

You’ll bring a T-shaped profile, combining broad architectural expertise with deep depth in one area, and you’ll work across multiple workstreams to shape delivery decisions

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise technology architecture delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology architecture delivery, influencing technical teams and governing architecture on complex transformation programs.
• Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering, demonstrated through leadership of enterprise-wide transformation programs.

Aufgaben

• Define and own end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs, setting reference architectures and technical standards.
• Establish operational foundations for agentic AI, including governance, observability, guardrails, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Counsel executives on major technology choices and influence decisions across customer and partner teams without direct authority.
• Drive architectural governance and cross-team alignment across diverse opinions, coaching engineers across partner organizations.
• Grow expertise across AI/ML, data engineering, and industry depth in HCLS, translating innovations into customer context.
• Drive AI-DLC methodologies and embed AI-native workflows into program execution to maximize productivity and time-to-value.
