Monte Rosa Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated scientist to advance our DNA-Encoded Library platform.

The role focuses on DEL design, encoding strategies, selection technologies, and hit triaging to expand DEL capabilities for challenging targets, in collaboration with Chemistry, Biology, Data Science, and Biophysics teams. The contract runs for 12 months, with responsibilities spanning library evolution, encoding strategies, and optimization of DEL workflows to deliver high-quality

Qualifikationen

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Medicinal Chemistry, or Synthetic Chemistry.
• Experience with DNA-encoded library technology preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interface with CROs and external partners.
• Experience with NGS decoding and data interpretation is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the design and evolution of next-generation DNA-encoded libraries.
• Develop innovative encoding, barcoding, and library design strategies.
• Evaluate novel DNA-compatible chemistries and library architectures.
• Develop and optimize DEL selection methodologies, workflows, and enrichment strategies.
• Refine NGS decoding, hit-calling, and hit-deconvolution with Data Science.
• Drive innovation in hit identification and validation workflows.
• Collaborate with Biology, Biophysics, and Discovery Chemistry teams to maximize DEL impact.
• Serve as a key scientific partner for DEL-focused CRO collaborations.
