Qualifikationen

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Medicinal Chemistry or related field.
• Experience in DNA-encoded library technology preferred.
• Strong background in DEL design, encoding strategies, and affinity-selection technologies.
• Knowledge of DNA-compatible chemistry and library construction principles.
• Experience optimizing DEL methodologies and workflows.
• Expertise in NGS-based decoding and data interpretation.
• Publications, patents, or demonstrated DEL innovation preferred.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to design and evolution of next-generation DNA-encoded libraries.
• Develop encoding, barcoding, and library design strategies.
• Evaluate novel DNA-compatible chemistries, building blocks, and library architectures.
• Develop and optimize DEL selection methodologies, workflows, and enrichment strategies.
• Refine NGS decoding, hit-calling, and hit-deconvolution with Data Science.
• Drive innovation in hit identification and validation workflows.
• Collaborate with Biology, Biophysics, and Discovery Chemistry teams to maximise DEL impact.
• Serve as a key scientific partner for DEL-focused CRO collaborations.
