Qualifikationen

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Medicinal Chemistry or related field.
• Experience with DNA-encoded library technology preferred.
• Strong background in DEL library design, encoding strategies, and affinity-selection technologies.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to the design and evolution of next-generation DNA-encoded libraries.
• Develop encoding, barcoding, and library design strategies.
• Evaluate novel DNA-compatible chemistries and library architectures.
• Develop and optimize DEL selection methodologies, workflows, and enrichment strategies.
• Collaborate with Biology, Biophysics, and Discovery Chemistry teams to maximize DEL impact.
• Support DEL-focused CRO collaborations.
