Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational governance/PMO roles within a data-driven environment.
• Experience managing SLAs and SOPs across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong writing and organizational skills for audit-ready documentation.
• Ability to track KPIs and prepare service quality reports.
• Good command of English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities related to data integration services.
• Monitor business processes as the primary SLA contact.
• Maintain and improve SOP documentation.
• Collaborate with IT to strengthen governance around processes.
• Prepare and report service reviews highlighting risks and improvements.
