EDV Werke in Geneva, Switzerland is seeking an experienced E2E Data Lead to drive data governance and migration planning across ERP migrations. You will lead data design workshops with data stewards and business stakeholders, and develop fit-to-standard remediation plans to ensure data quality and consistency.

The role requires strong English communication, 8–10+ years in transformation environments, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and vendors in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years of professional experience in transformation environments.
• Hands-on data migrations experience, preferably ERP migrations.
• Experience in data analysis, remediation, and data quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with complex system transformations and data management.
• Ability to drive consensus and coordinate dependencies.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data and migration specs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
