We're hiring: Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

Start: ASAP

Location: Geneva (4 days on-site, 1 day remote)

Duration: Until end of March 2026

We’re looking for a hands-on and business-minded Data Scientist / ML Engineer to join a dynamic and high-impact team working on real-world machine learning solutions, including recommender systems and Generative AI, with measurable business ROI.

Your Mission

As part of a team of engineers, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning algorithms into production, measure their value, and present results to key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying ML models (recommender systems, classifiers, Generative AI)
• Measuring the ROI of models in production and building business case presentations
• Building CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with Data Engineers
• Deploying ML solutions in Vertex AI (GCP)
• Managing project milestones and reporting progress to leadership

Your Skills

• Expert in Python and SQL
• Solid experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of Airflow and Terraform
• Strong business acumen: ability to translate data into business decisions
• Comfortable presenting results to non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Vertex AI is preferred
• Experience with Generative AI in production is a big plus
• Proficiency in French and English

Your Background

• Master's degree (or higher) in Software Engineering or equivalent
• PhD is a plus but not mandatory
