Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Data Science, Physik, Chemie, Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
• Starke statistische Analytik und Fähigkeit zur kritischen Bewertung von Experimenten.
• Praktische Erfahrung im Schreiben von produktionsreifem Python-Code.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Git und CI/CD-Praktiken.

Aufgaben

• Entwerfen, implementieren und bewerten von Algorithmen zur Spektralanalyse.
• Entwickeln, warten und erweitern von Signalverarbeitungs-Pipelines und Instrumentenautomatisierung.
• Analyse von Massenspektrometrie-Daten: Isotopenverhältnisse, Reproduzierbarkeit, Unsicherheiten und Instrumentenleistung.
