Zusammenfassung

Sword Services seeks a Data Platform Manager to drive a major cloud data platform transformation in Vaud, Switzerland. You will lead Data Engineers, establish governance and ITSM practices, and optimize the data stack with Azure, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, and Control-M.

You will collaborate with analytics, BI and integration teams to deliver end-to-end data services, monitor costs, and shape the long-term data strategy with coaching and knowledge transfer.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading enterprise data platforms and data engineering teams.
• Strong governance, service management, and operating model design.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and cost management best practices.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate a Data Engineers team for data initiatives.
• Industrialize the Cloud Data Platform with standards and ops processes.
• Establish IT service management practices including incident, change, problem, and request handling.
• Oversight of the data tech stack: Azure, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, Control-M.
• Monitor costs, forecast usage, and report budgets.
• Collaborate with Integration, Analytics and BI for end-to-end data flows.
• Define governance models, service catalogs, and KPIs for adoption.
• Contribute to long-term data strategy and roadmaps with coaching.
