Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or 2+ years of equivalent engineering experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience writing production-grade code in Python.
• 2+ years of experience with dimensional data modelling, schema design, and production database operations (e.g., SQL query tuning, MySQL, MongoDB).
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines using big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Presto) and ETL tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Professional experience deploying data architectures within cloud environments, specifically the AWS ecosystem (e.g., S3, EMR, Glue, Redshift, EC2).

Aufgaben

• Build next-generation data, analytics, machine learning, and AI platforms that power network assurance capabilities across ThousandEyes and Cisco.
• Design, implement, and operate scalable data infrastructure, automated pipelines, shared datasets, and analytics tools used by researchers, analytics and engineering teams.
• Develop reliable and reusable platform capabilities that enable teams to process large volumes of data efficiently, accelerating product development.
• Collaborate with engineers, product leaders, data scientists, and cross-functional partners to translate requirements into secure, stable, production-ready solutions.
