Zusammenfassung

Cisco is seeking a Systems Engineer – AI & Connectivity Specialist North to drive end-to-end AI initiatives for enterprise clients in Benelux, Nordics, and Poland. You will bridge infrastructure, software, and AI, aligning technical outcomes with business value and advising C-suite stakeholders.

You will coordinate with the AI Account Executive to guide customers through ideation to full-scale implementation, designing secure, scalable environments and leading POV projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or solution architecture within AI, data center, or cloud infra equipment vendors.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security frameworks, and API-driven automation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated experience in driving technical sales engagements and managing complex deal cycles.

Aufgaben

• Drive End-to-End Solution Outcomes: Lead customers from initial AI use case ideation through to full-scale implementation, ensuring technical and business alignment.
• Strategic Ecosystem Alignment: Align Cisco’s AI stack with ISV and industry partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Solution Design & Infrastructure Leadership: Architect robust, scalable, secure environments leveraging Cisco’s AI-optimized networking, compute, and observability solutions.
• Proof of Value (POV) Execution: Design and drive POV projects, validating solution performance and business outcomes within customer environments.
• Strategic Feedback & Thought Leadership: Collaborate with product engineering to influence the roadmap and represent Cisco at events as a leader in AI infrastructure.
