Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG in Switzerland is seeking a motivated logistics-minded trainee to support the Logistics Manager in daily activities, learn SAP and other IT systems, and assist with data reports and KPIs.

You will gradually take ownership of processes, collaborate with production, IT and other departments, and contribute to warehouse optimization and digital initiatives. Basic logistics exposure and IT curiosity are welcomed.

Qualifikationen

• Initial experience or training in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management or related field.
• Solid IT background or strong aptitude for IT systems and digital solutions.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Structured and practical approach to work.

Aufgaben

• Support the Logistics Manager in daily management and analysis of logistics activities.
• Learn and progressively take responsibility for specific logistics processes.
• Work with SAP and other IT systems supporting logistics and warehouse operations.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports and KPIs.
• Support the optimization of warehouse processes and material flows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in improvement projects.
• Support the implementation and optimization of digital solutions within Logistics.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Production, IT and other departments.
• Gradually develop ownership of specific processes and projects.
