Swissquote is seeking a Data, Oversight & Transformation Lead within Business Risk Management. You will drive the data and transformation agenda, building reporting infrastructure and dashboards that give management a real-time view of BRM activity, and turning data into insights for strategic decisions.

Reporting to the Head of BRM, you will collaborate with Front Office, Compliance and Legal, structure data from case management systems, and partner with IT on enterprise workflow initiatives,

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a quantitative field, CS or data science.
• 5+ years in data analytics or reporting, preferably in financial services.
• Strong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of SQL to query data.
• Knowledge of process mapping and low-code/no-code workflow automation.

Aufgaben

• Organize and structure case management data for real-time views of volumes, backlogs, workload, and productivity.
• Build dashboards and reports for management use (Tableau/PowerBI), turning raw data into decision-ready views.
• Translate priorities into practical data structures and dashboards.
• Identify automation opportunities with IT on enterprise workflow initiatives.
• Act as single point of contact for data-related matters, including audits and regulatory reporting.
