Job summary

On seeks an Engineering Manager for the Data Enablement team in the Commercial function (Digital, Retail and B2B). You will lead data engineers, analysts and scientists, driving data models, new sources, and pipelines with SQL-based quality, tests, and documentation.

You will guide architectural decisions, promote governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to build data products that boost data adoption and trust across On.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data engineering with warehousing, modeling and ELT.
• Experience partnering with Commercial stakeholders (ecommerce, retail, sales) to deliver data products.
• Proven people leadership of IC teams and ability to ship production-ready code.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor data engineers, analysts and scientists.
• Drive data product strategy for Commercial functions.
• Design data models, integrate new data sources and build pipelines.
• Ensure governance, security and compliance guidelines.
