Roche is seeking a Data Connectivity Lead for the Fair by Design team to provide strategic leadership for Data Capability. You will oversee a world-class team focusing on accelerating access to FAIR and compliant data across RED.

The role involves defining data governance, roadmaps, and technical strategies to enable AI-ready data assets. You will work with stakeholders across pRED and gRED, manage talent, and align objectives with the Data capability Leadership Team.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a scientific or technical field and 8+ years in Pharma, Diagnostics or related R&D data environment.
• Experience leading complex data projects and teams across multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with data privacy, security, quality and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership for Data Connectivity within the Data Capability.
• Lead a team of data modelers, architects and governance experts to accelerate FAIR and compliant data access.
• Define objectives and OKRs; drive modernization of workflows for FAIR and compliant AI-ready data assets.
• Collaborate with internal domains and stakeholders to align priorities and support Pharma’s ambition.
