Zusammenfassung

Roche in Switzerland seeks a Site Data Operations Lead to align data requirements with global schemas, and to serve as the dedicated site-level SPoC for engagement with data product teams. You will ensure data readiness and coordinate across stakeholders to support data initiatives within PTE.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of industry experience in a data-centric role.
• Designing and delivering complex data and analytics solutions in an agile and scalable model.
• Familiarity with data governance principles and data integration technologies.
• Knowledge of data mesh and data warehousing concepts.
• Domain knowledge in Pharma Tech Ops or similar industries (Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the dedicated site-level SPoC for engagement with data product teams.
• Ensure data requirements of various data products and use cases are met at the source.
• Maintain data readiness: accuracy, completeness and availability of data for products.
• Coordinate with Data Product Owners and site teams to document data needs.
• Advise on best practices in data management and quality within the site.
