Roche is seeking a Data Connectivity Lead within the Fair by Design program to guide a team of data modelers, architects and governance experts focused on FAIR and compliant data across RED. You will shape strategy, prioritize initiatives, and champion data as a strategic asset for accelerated decision-making in drug development.

You will collaborate with pRED and gRED, drive data governance, and lead talent development while advancing AI-enabled data enrichment across research programs.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a scientific or technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Pharma, Diagnostics or a related R&D data environment.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one core data domain such as data stewardship, data standards, data architecture, FAIRification, data modeling, data quality, metadata or data management.

• Provide strategic leadership for Data Connectivity within the Data capability leadership team.
• Lead a world-class team of data modelers, architects and governance experts focusing on FAIR and compliant data.
• Define objectives and OKRs for the Data Connectivity team and drive data governance and policies.
