Zusammenfassung

Mercury in Zurich seeks an experienced Electrical Package Manager to lead complex installations and coordinate multi-discipline teams on-site. You will drive safety culture, manage the package scope, and ensure schedule adherence and cost control with the project team and client.

The role requires a trade or higher qualification, 5+ years in project management, and strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, with excellent IT and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• A trade and/or relevant third level qualification.
• Minimum 5 years previous experience in Project Management.
• Proven record of coordinating and managing large installation projects.
• Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety.
• Experienced in design and build.
• Good technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems.
• Excellent IT skills.

Aufgaben

• Management of the Electrical Systems package and site safety.
• Manage project schedule and costs with Mercury Project Manager, engineers and client.
• Oversee subcontractor activities and weekly meetings; track progress against schedule.
• Maintain QA, safety, and environmental files; ensure close out of items.
• Issue weekly cost reports and progress updates to the PM and client.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site operations; maintain project diary.
