Mercury is seeking a CSA Engineer in Zurich to lead civil, structural and architectural packages on major projects. You will coordinate safety, QA, and schedule management with the CSA Manager and Client teams, ensuring adherence to baseline programs and quality standards.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, engineering or construction management qualifications, and strong proficiency with Word/Excel.

Aufgaben

• Manage Civil, Structural and Architectural packages and report to CSA Manager.
• Oversee site safety with Project Manager, CSA Manager and Mercury Safety Advisor.
• Ensure QA procedures are followed and subcontractors meet Mercury QA/QC standards.
• Manage project schedule with CSA Manager and client requirements to meet baselines.
• Provide weekly site progress reports highlighting deviations, variations and delays.
• Assist with design deliverables, review drawings, and maintain links between design and construction.
